We offer crossfit classes six days per week. In these hour long sessions you will be guided by a certified CrossFit trainer  through a warmup, strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (WOD). The pretense of CrossFit is “constantly varied”, in keeping with that concept  the workouts will contain any combination of weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, calisthenics, cardio, and body weight movement which will be oriented for either time or task completion. The coach will interact with each client and the class as a whole to ensure a safe and fun environment. We promise to continuously work to challenge you both physically and mentally and never leave you bored with the same repetitive programming that plagued your previous globo-gym experience.
