For those that are just starting a health and exercise regime and may be nervous about the intensity of CrossFit classes we have implemented a foundations course. Moving well, building strength, and staying supple is necessary to living a quality life. Practicing good form through a wide range of motion is fundamental to FSU programming. Our Foundations class focuses on building stamina while practicing both body weight and weighted movements efficiently with proper alignment and good technique. Our coaches put a firm emphasis on the basic positions that are required for you to excel in our core classes. Although this class is geared toward beginners, the program will put athletes of all fitness levels to the test. Come expecting dynamic mobilization, skill practice, and an intense workout suited to your ability-all under the guidance of one of our experienced and friendly coaches.
