My name is Kristen-Lopez Kingston and I specialize in functional movement training for elite fitness at all levels. I am a personal trainer, 200 HR RYT, spin teacher, CrossFit coach, as well as a full-time student at University of Houston in pursuit of an accredited Nutrition degree. As an aspiring dietician, I realize that the most common and costly health problems are also the most preventable with enjoying physical activity as well as eating nutritious foods habitually. I first realized that “health is real wealth” in 2013 when I started working out at the Victoria YMCA. Since then, I have had a total life transformation, which started with the process of losing 70 pounds and led me to walking in the doors of FSU in July of 2015-- a place which I now call home.

Through my own fitness journey, I have gained knowledge of the barriers to healthy living as well as the skills to combat them. Every single person was made to feel good! My goal as your coach is to guide you to “super-wellness” by helping you make the right life choices and form good exercise as well as healthy eating habits-- which will ultimately improve your quality of life. Whether you are young or old, in good or bad health, a fitness freak or a first-time gym-goer, when you walk into those doors, you are family.
