“I’ve been doing CrossFit for 3 years plus. Initially, I started CrossFit for the challenge. I learned more about myself in a month than I ever knew. I had a low self-esteem and hated my body. CrossFit changed my life, I found confidence in myself, a strength I never knew I had. When I got pregnant with my second little boy, I continued to CrossFit up until the day before I delivered. It was the easiest delivery and recovery was fast! After that I started boot camp, while also doing CrossFit, to shed off all that baby weight. Within 3 months, I was back to my before pregnancy weight and lifting where I was before. FSU is more than just a place to work out, I have made great friends, and we are a family.”
