Fit Strong United is the premier strength and conditioning gym in the Crossroads area.

Our Building: A huge THANK YOU to Roth Construction for overseeing the development of our brand new 7000-square-foot building located on an island of sorts, with an asphalt road surrounding the entire facility. A perfect 400 meters, lucky us! An adequate, well-lit parking lot provides space for both cars and occasional sled pulls.

Kids Room: FSU has a dedicated room with a window overlooking the workout space for kids. Feel free to bring your kiddos, knowing they have a safe space away from the class activity to wait while you work out. Supervised childcare is not available, so children need to be able to handle an hour on their own. Please be considerate of our staff and facility by observing the Kids’ Room Code of Conduct posted by the door.

RIG: The crown jewel, a 44ft Rogue Monster Lite Rig, cuts through the center of the gym floor, providing 22 pull-up stations and 12 squat racks.

Equipment: We support local and global strength and conditioning equipment companies: Rogue, Again Faster, Get Rx’d, Eleiko, and Pendlay, to name a few. All equipment (including bars, plates, rowers, GHDs, etc.) is routinely cleaned and maintained to ensure proper performance. The weightlifting class has 2 platforms and Olympic lifting bars (Pendlay, Eleiko, and York), as well as Rogue kilo plates focusing on Olympic-style weightlifting.

We provide separate, clean, and spacious restrooms for both men and women. Both restrooms have two shower stalls and adequate space to get ready for work or an after-WOD appointment. Don’t worry, ladies. There are plenty of plugs and counter space for hair dryers and straighteners in front of a wall-size mirror with vanity space.
