The first step is to come by for a FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS. You can see our class schedule HERE. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. During this hour long session we will discuss what your goals are and answer any questions you may have. You will be lead through a warmup and review of the foundational movements as well as participate in a short workout which will help us assess your current fitness level.
